This month sees the first trade mission to Vanuatu, from Wellington, by three local businesses.

With great support from the Pacific Exporters' Network (PEN) and the Vanuatu High Commission here in Wellington, the intrepid missioners will be opening doors to Vanuatu businesses and Government, to foster trade between the two Pasific countries.

I'm happy to say that Flightdec is playing only a supporting role this time but, as a member of PEN, we're sure to be lining up to join a mission at some future date.

Right now though, big wraps to High Commissioner Jimmy Nipo, PEN convenor Charles Broad and pot-stirrer Rob Cranna of Blue Star, for getting this off the ground.
